holly cow, reping the deads was murder! thought my lungs and
heart where gonna bust, but loved it my buns are killer sore already
it hurt to sit down after i did them couldnt get over it, surprised
i was able to slam that many out, kick ass! they def drained me tho
was gased from there on out. still moved threw the rest of the routine
strong tho. had a great workout tonight great call with trying to rep
them out Joe! did 10 mins incline walk too
