enjoyed the new routine tonight back felt great and pumped
up, them standing DB push presses are gonna take a little
getting used too, but i liked them and got a nice burn
in my delts, got to get the form down a bit more so i can
slam so heavier weigh, not sure want the side ups are? so for
today just did single side laterals DB. did 10 mins incline walk too
