man i was dead and hurting tonight! ive been working at my parents
house for a number of weeks now, redoing and adding onto a deck and
some work around the pool and ive been doing alot of digging! like a
whole lot! think it really did a number on me tonight with legs
form felt off shoulder was bothering me i was a mess. i think i want to
try to rest for squats, ive really been feeling off on them for a few weeks now
what your thoughts on a rest? was thinking about training them for more reps
less weight for a few weeks to try and dial them back in?
