had a nice good and solid workout tonight had some
good power in the tank tonight to attack this routine
getting a bit more comfortable with the DB push press
had better form and flow with it tonight so could grab
up a bit more weight. and love the side ups wanted to
do 10 sets of them. did 10 mins incline walk too
