back was still on fire today from pushing it on them deads,
so i switched to DB for my working stiff legs cuz the bar
felt like i was all back, used some chains on my squats
they where only adding about 11 lbs total got to buy some more
but it was fun felt like a bad ass having chains hanging off the bar
haha. did donkeys for calfs and did 12 mins incline walk
