had a nice leg routine got a little off point
talking to some buddys about training and dieting
and stuff but pushed hard and im feeling my legs all
sore already. tried to focus on going a bit deeper on
my smith machine squats tonight cuz i always start
cutting short on them when i up the weight, im
paranoid that i wont be able to make it back up
i think its more a mental thing then an actual weight being
to heavy to push up.
