felt great tonight went deeper like i had wanted on
the squats and had better form and got some nice painful
glory in them puppys thanks to it and some pushing
by my cousin. got to up that weight a bit more tho
to make it harder on my self and keep in that 3-6 rep range
did 20 mins incline walk too
